IrfanView - www.irfanview.com - Tool for conversion of images to web, resizing, batch conversion and many other tasks. Limited editing options.
Online meeting and screensharing
Skype - www.skype.com - Chat online using headset or instant messaging; drag and drop files; share screens.
Teamviewer - www.teamviewer.com - Share screens between individuals or whole teams.
Join Me - www.join.me - Locally installed join.me app allows you to have online meetings with other participants via their browser. There is a free version available.
