Personal support

We do a lot to make you self supporting. However, if you prefer personal support, then SEEEMS offer several options. Personal support is offered at different levels and rates.

SEEEMS support is provided by professionals who work with SEEEMS.CMS on a daily basis. You speak to project managers, engineers and technician who can do something about it at once, so you get very efficient support. In most cases we solve your problem while you speak to us. That's why we charge for personal support.

Bug reporting and reporting downtime and mail problems is always free of charge, of course.

User support

There are several ways of getting User Support. If you do not have a support agreement with SEEEMS or one of SEEEMS partners you can always call the support hotline.

Customer support

Customer support is based on the customer having an internal support person that functions as a filter between the users and SEEEMS support.

Hotline support is NOT free of charge, but it is much less expensive. Focus of the customer support is to give the internal support person all the skills he needs to provide internal support. It will be billed depending on the customer agreements and when you call.

Partner support

Partner support is based on the partner having support contact to the users or customer and acting as a buffer between the user and SEEEMS support. Partners sell SEEEMS.CMS based solutions and gain profit for SEEEMS. Most partner support is free of charge as long as it takes place within main working hours.
